CESAR IS IN HIS FOSTER HOME IN MEMPHIS TN AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED TO PA ONCE HE IS ADOPTED!
Cesar is from a litter of 7 puppies rescued from a bad situation and are now safe and healthy in their foster homes!  Cesar is one of the bigger sized puppies and weighs in at about 15 pounds now (DOB:  3/30/18).  His mom was a lab/shepherd mix and we believe dad was a beagle mix.  Cesar is working on his leash skills and he is doing great.  Cesar is puppy pad trained (Cesar and his siblings are being fostered in a large, open puppy pen and not crated).   Cesar loves to play with his toys and run with his siblings!  Cesar loves to give kisses and is affectionate.  Cesar is neutered, up to date on his puppy shots and is microchipped!  
HIS ADOPTION FEE IS $450 WHICH INCLUDES THE TRANSPORT TO PA.  We use a licensed and registered USDA transport company to deliver our newly adopted dogs to the northeast and to their forever families.
